Welcome to Paws, Purrs & Peace of Mind. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Meet & Greet
All new clients are required to attend a free meet & greet before their first booking. This allows us to discuss your pet’s routine, complete the necessary paperwork and ensure we are the right fit for your pet.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made through our online booking system. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Paws, Purrs & Peace of Mind.
3. Payment
Payment is due before the start of the booked service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Cash (if agreed in advance)
Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.
4. Cancellations
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details regarding cancellations and refunds.
5. Pet Health & Welfare
Owners must provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behaviour and any medical conditions.
Owners agree to notify Paws, Purrs & Peace of Mind of any changes before each booking.
6. Veterinary Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury, every reasonable effort will be made to contact the owner or emergency contact.
If emergency veterinary treatment is required and we are unable to contact you, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
7. Behaviour
For the safety of everyone, we reserve the right to refuse or end any service if a pet displays aggressive or dangerous behaviour that was not disclosed before the booking.
8. Access to Your Home
Owners are responsible for providing safe access to their property.
Any keys or access codes will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
9. Safety
Dogs will remain on a lead unless written permission has been provided by the owner and it is considered safe to do so.
Every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure your pet’s safety while in our care.
10. Photos & Updates
We love sharing updates! During your pet’s visit or walk, photos may be sent to you for reassurance.
Photos of your pet will only be shared on our website or social media with your permission.
11. Insurance
Paws, Purrs & Peace of Mind maintains appropriate insurance for the services provided. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.
12. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
